How fast do I get my dashboard?
The first version lands in under 24 hours. Final delivery, after your feedback rounds, takes up to 5 business days.
Do I have to send you my real data?
No. We only need the structure — column names and types. Sample files can carry fictitious values, as long as they keep the shape of the real thing.
Do I need a Power BI licence?
Only for the one-off report, where you receive the .pbix file and host it yourself. On the hosted and view-only plans we publish and host it, so your team just opens a link.
What counts as a "user" in the monthly plans?
A reserved slot. It can be shared across your team, but only one person stays signed in at a time — opening it on a new device ends the previous session.
How do I pay?
On your own tracking page, by Pix or credit card, at the end. Nothing is charged upfront, and card instalments are interest-free on charges in Brazilian reais.
